We supply customized flags, flagpoles, banners, display products, and other advertising materials. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and printing processes.
- Quotations and Payments
Prices depend on product specifications, quantity, materials, delivery, installation, and applicable taxes. Production begins after artwork approval and receipt of the required advance payment.
- Artwork Approval
Customers must verify all text, logos, colours, dimensions, and contact details before approving artwork. We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved designs.
- Production and Delivery
Production and delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by material availability, workload, transportation delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Cancellation, Refund, and Replacement
Customized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after artwork approval or production has begun.
If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or materially differs from the approved specifications, we may repair or replace it. Customers must report the issue within a reasonable period and provide relevant photographs or videos.
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect storage, normal wear and tear, or third-party modifications is not eligible for replacement.
- Intellectual Property
All website content belongs to Joys Advertising Material Trading LLC unless otherwise stated. It may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.
Customers are responsible for having permission to use any artwork, photographs, logos, or trademarks supplied to us.
- Liability
